Please review the First Day of School Letter that includes information on topics such as Field Trips, Photographs, Video/Audio Recordings on Buses and our Rapid Notification System.  The School District presumes that all parent/guardian/student information is current and that you fully comply with all District policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. If you do not you notify the school in writing or within the HAC by October 1, your student will automatically be opted in to field trips, photographs and videotaping for publicity purposes, video recording on school buses, and your contact information will be included in a password protected PTO directory.

Drop off /Pick Up Procedure

Our drop-off and pick-up procedures work very well when all involved follow the proper procedures. Thank you for your cooperation. Because of your efforts, our students are safe when entering and leaving the building. . Please note the following:

When dropping off your child in the morning, pull forward as much as you are able to allow more than one car to drop off at the same time. If you need to enter the building for any reason, you must find a space in the lot or on the street, and walk your child into the building. Please do not accompany your child to the classroom at this time.

When picking up at the end of the day, stay in your car and pull forward as much as possible in front of the gymnasium doors. Your child will then be permitted to enter your car. Only the cars directly in front of the gym (approximately 3 cars) will be filled at a time. School dismisses promptly at 3:30 for car line pick up.

  Spiritwear

Instead of a yearly spirit wear sale, Cetronia families and staff will have their very own hedgehog locker-room open 24-7, 365 days a year. 10% of all Squadlocker orders come back to support the Cetronia SOS fund.  This account is used when unexpected hardship or other unforeseen circumstances impact our students/families. Squadlocker is always open https://teamlocker.squadlocker.com/#/lockers/we-are-the-hedgehogs
